Workflows

Prepared by LanterneMonday 31 August to Sunday 6 September
How this workflow runs
Reads the tasks each runner completed during the shift: vehicle, task type, location and completion time. Draws the stops in order, 1 to 2 to 3, and works out the time since the previous stop and the straight-line distance between them.
Brings you only the runner-shifts that took longer than expected for their number of stops, with what happened and how the time compares with the usual pace. Every other shift is kept and can be opened from All shifts this week, switched between runners, asked about, and exported as CSV.
Never changes a task, never scores or ranks a runner, and never asks the street team to work anywhere except Wunder. Time between stops comes from task timestamps, not vehicle tracking, so it includes the minutes spent at the previous car.

    How this workflow runs
Counts a visit as any completed Wunder task on the car, an airport clean, or a state change made by staff. Every morning it sorts the fleet by the time since the last visit, with who made it and how many customer trips the car has had since.
You pick the bands that should get a check by looking at how many cars sit in each. Approve once and Lanterne creates a Check vehicle task on each car in Wunder, in the filter the runners already watch.
Never sends a runner across the city for one car. A proposed check waits for the round already covering that area, or for the car to reach the airport.

    How this workflow runs
Watches for a new customer service task, member report, rating or damage alert on a car within seven days of a completed visit. Shows what the runner closed, what came back and when, and how many customer trips happened in between.
The list is yours to read, ask about, email or export. Whatever you decide to do about a car happens in Wunder or with the runner, not here.
Never treats a repeat report as proof of poor work, and never writes anything into a runner's record.

    How this workflow runs
Reads each pre-book from the pre-book site: delivery time, address and what the member booked. Picks a car of the right type with enough charge, close to the address, and creates the delivery task in Wunder with its clean-and-place time. The task is unassigned; the team picks it up from the filter they already watch.
A pre-book with no confirmed time, or with no suitable car nearby, is not added. It is flagged to the lead and added the moment the time or a car comes through. Every run is in the Logbook.
Never assigns a runner, never creates or changes the member's reservation, and never sets the hold in the pre-book site.

    How this workflow runs
Reads the one-to-five cleanliness rating members give after a trip. Flags a car when three of its last ten rated trips score two stars or fewer, and shows when staff last saw it and what they did.
You choose what happens to each car: add a check to the round already covering the area, wait for the car to reach the airport, or send someone now if the comments describe something unsafe. The threshold is yours to change.
Never creates a trip for a single rating. Ratings that are not about cleanliness, billing, app or parking complaints, are left out. Never contacts the member.
